BLOCK 1. The Fundamentals of Management

Objective: To become familiar with all aspects of management within a company.

BLOCK 2. Developing and Aligning HR Strategy with Corporate Strategy

Objective: To become familiar with strategic thinking as applied to HR management, as well as various HR policies and their alignment with corporate strategy.

BLOCK 3. Personnel Administration

Objective: To explore the various tools and aspects of human resources administration and payroll, labor laws, and the management of labor-management relations.

BLOCK 4. Change Management and Transition Leadership

Objective: To master the concepts and operational tools of change management, transition leadership, and resistance management.
