The program covers 8 core areas: management fundamentals, HR strategy alignment, personnel administration, change management, performance & engagement, soft skills & leadership, international HR perspectives, and HR research methods.

Graduates receive a Diplôme d’Études Supérieures en Management Stratégique International, approved by France’s Ministry of Higher Education, Research — from a triple-accredited school (EQUIS, AMBA, AACSB).

Students can complete a minimum 4-month internship of their choice. Note that the internship is optional and not required for degree validation.

Applicants must hold a 4-year Bachelor’s degree (240 ECTS) or a Master 1, or a 3-year Bachelor’s with at least 2 years of professional experience. French proficiency at B2 level (or native) is required.

This MSc is delivered at the TBS Education campus in Casablanca, in French, over 12 months on a full-time basis.
