The Master in Management is a 2-year postgraduate degree designed to equip recent graduates with a strong, versatile foundation in business. Covering key areas such as finance, marketing, strategy, and entrepreneurship, the program is delivered across three campuses — Toulouse, Paris, and Barcelona — and is built around real-world experience, international mobility, and 25+ specialization paths.
The program is ideal for students holding a Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS) in any field who want to launch an international business career. Unlike an MBA, which targets experienced professionals, the MiM is specifically designed for early-career candidates looking to build core management skills from the ground up.
The program is available in both English and French. The English track is offered on the Toulouse and Barcelona campuses, making it fully accessible to international students. The French track is available in Toulouse only.
Yes, and this is one of the program’s key strengths. During your two years, you can study across Toulouse, Paris, and Barcelona, with the possibility of switching campuses between semesters. You can also spend time at one of our 160+ partner universities worldwide through an international exchange.
The MiM offers 25+ professional specialization paths, allowing you to tailor your degree to your ambitions — whether in consulting, finance, marketing, digital transformation, international business, or entrepreneurship. Specializations can be pursued through dedicated tracks in Master 1 or Master 2, through a double degree with a partner university, or through Certificates of Excellence.
The program includes more than 9 months of internships across both years, as well as real-world projects, business simulations, and the option to develop an entrepreneurial project through the TBSeeds incubator and the Business Starter hub. TBS Education also holds the “4DIGITAL – Digital Grande École” label, recognizing its innovative approach to hybrid and digital learning.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, 180 ECTS) in any discipline. Language requirements vary by track: for the English track, a TOEFL (80+), IELTS (6.5+), TOEIC (800+), or Cambridge B2+ is required. For the French track in Toulouse, non-native French speakers must provide a DELF/DALF (B2+) or TCF (400+).
The total cost of the 2-year program is €32,000, applicable to the Toulouse, Paris, and Barcelona campuses. Flexible payment options are available — contact the admissions team for details.
99% of MiM graduates secure their first job within 6 months of graduation, with an average gross annual salary between €46,000 and €52,000. Graduates work across a wide range of industries and companies, including McKinsey, BNP Paribas, Google, L’Oréal, and many startups. Typical roles include consultant, financial analyst, marketing manager, business developer, project manager, and entrepreneur.
