MIM Candidate's Profile

  • Be ≤ 27 years old on the Masters in Management start date.
  • Hold or be likely to hold a bachelor’s degree certificate from a non-French university (minimum 180 ECTS).*

*If you are likely to have obtained such a qualification before the beginning of the master program, you are also eligible to apply.

In order to prove your level of English, you need to meet one of the following requirements: 

  • English native speakers: Scanned copy of your passport
  • Applicants who have studied a minimum of two years of high school in English: A letter from your school proving this.
  • Non-native speakers: Provide one of the following officially recognized English certificates:
    • – TBS English test: B2 (free of charge)
    • – TOEFL IBT: ≥ 90
    • – IELTS: ≥ 6.5
    • – TOEIC: ≥ 800
    • – Cambridge test: B2
    • – Duolingo: ≥ 100

If you do not have a certificate for the required English level, complete an online English test on Easyrecrue. You will receive more information about it once your application has been evaluated.

Access the online application form

Go to the application website and complete the rest of the online application form.

(If you are studying the French BAC, remember that you need to apply through Parcoursup.)

Upload the required application documents

  • The scanned documents that you are required to present are:

    • - Academic results of the last two years of upper Secondary Education to date or your official predicted grades.
    • - Your upper Secondary Education diploma, if you have already obtained it*.
    • - If available, an IELTS 6 certificate or the equivalent TOEFL ≥ 72, TOEIC ≥550, or Cambridge English First Certificate taken during the last 2 years. If you do not have a certificate, you can prove that you have the required English level with a TBS Education online English test.
    • - Motivation letter 
    • - Copy of passport or ID.
    • - Up-to-date CV

Pay the application fee

To submit the online application, you must pay a non-refundable 120€ application fee.

Have an admission interview

You may be required to have an admission interview. If so, record and submit a video interview in which you answer a series of randomized questions. A member of the jury will evaluate your answers and analyze your competencies to enter business management studies.

The admission interview is an essential part of the evaluation of your candidacy and requires preparation. Below, you will find a guide to preparing for your interview.

Interview guidelines

Wait for the decision & confirm your place reservation

Admission results will be available within 15 days. You will be notified of the admission decision by email during the Decision week assigned for your admission round. If you are admitted to our Bachelor program, you will have some days to confirm your place reservation.

Application dates

Online applications are open from October, and admission assessments are held until June, when places are still available.

We recommend that students complete the admission process as soon as possible, as places are limited.

The Toulouse campus processes applications as they are submitted.The Barcelona campus works through admission rounds. Complete your online application for the 2026-2027 academic year before your preferred deadline, or your application will automatically roll over to the next round.

FAQ

To apply for the Master in Management, you must complete the online application form, upload all required documents, pay the application fee, and, if required, complete an admission interview. The process is fully online and designed to be simple and accessible. 

To be eligible, you must: 

  • Be 27 years old or younger at the start of the program  
  • Hold (or be in the process of obtaining) a bachelor’s degree (minimum 180 ECTS) from a non-French university  

Students finishing their degree before the program starts can also apply. 

You will need to submit the following documents: 

  • Academic transcripts or predicted grades  
  • Secondary education diploma (if available)  
  • Proof of English level (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, or Cambridge)  
  • Motivation letter  
  • Copy of passport or ID  
  • Updated CV  

All documents must be uploaded online during the application process. 

An official English certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, or Cambridge) is recommended. However, if you do not have one, you can take the TBS Education online English test as an alternative.
