Our 2-year Master in Management program is designed to give you the skills, experience, and global perspective needed to launch a successful career. With a broad core curriculum and 20+ specialization options, you can tailor your academic journey to match your professional goalsÂ
Obtain a Double Degree in a 2-year program.
Taught both on Toulouse campus (French or English track), and on Barcelona campus (English track only), this first year has three main objectives: give you a foundation of fundamental knowledge in management sciences; make you discover the many careers available in business; help you developing the skills and behaviours essential to future executive management positions.Â
1st semester: you’ll start at the Toulouse or Barcelona campus.2nd semester: you may switch campuses before your 3-month internship.3rd and 4th semesters: you can start your Double Degree at one of the 3 TBS Education campuses and choose among 8 areas of expertise.
At the end of 4th semester, you will perform a 6-month internship.
This option allows you to include a gap year after your second semester and your 3-month internship.Â
You can use your gap year to complete two internships (in France or abroad), get your start-up project on track or to conduct a humanitarian mission of your choice.
Please note that to obtain a Double Degree from a Partner University, you must chose this gap-year option.
This third option allows you to have it all:Â a double degree, professional expertise and an additional international exchange.
However, to be able to take this option, you’ll have to start your professional gap year right after your first semester.

You’ll end your first year with a 3-month full-time internship in the company of your choice. Our Career Services Department is here to help you out.Â
At the end of the year, you will test your newly acquired knowledge with a Business Game: a simulation of a company involving competing teams, which emphasizes business development and accounting.Â

You will need to write an individual dissertation on a current management issue from an academic or professional perspective. By doing so, you will contribute to the study, analysis, formalization, and abstraction of the issue in question. The dissertation should include the following:Â

Creativity & common sense: Showing a structured and logical methodologyÂ
