Objectives of the bachelor

The TBS Education Bachelor’s degree aims to offer, over three years of study, a generalist management education that is academically rigorous and internationally oriented. Designed to prepare students for the global job market or higher education, the program aims to:

– enable each student to get to know themselves better, identify their aspirations, skills, and ambitions, and define a coherent personal trajectory.

– provide a solid foundation of managerial skills (marketing, finance, accounting, management, human resources, data, business law, etc.) in order to master the various challenges of the business world.

– prepare students for professional integration through up to 12 months of mandatory internships, concrete projects, and the possibility of continuing on to a master’s degree.

Thus, the TBS Education Bachelor’s degree is a springboard to autonomy, versatility, and employability, giving everyone the freedom to build their own path across our European campuses.

Un incubateur pédagogique

Grâce à l’incubateur TBSeeds, les étudiants porteurs de projet bénéficient d’un cadre professionnel pour accélérer le développement de leur startup. Ils accèdent à des experts, des coaching sessions, des espaces dédiés, un réseau solide et parfois même à des opportunités de financement. L’incubateur leur permet d’expérimenter, de prototyper et de faire grandir leur projet dans des conditions proches du réel.

Une filière Entrepreneurship

Vous avez déjà une idée de projet ? Le Bachelor vous permet de la développer grâce à plusieurs parcours spécialisés :
- Entrepreneurship & Innovation in Emerging Economies en 2ᵉ année à Casablanca,
- Innovation Management en 3ᵉ année à Toulouse,
- ou la filière Digital & Social Entrepreneurship en 3ᵉ année à Barcelone.

Ces parcours offrent une immersion concrète dans l’innovation et l’entrepreneuriat, avec la possibilité de participer au Global Student Challenge de Babson, une expérience internationale unique proposée par TBS Education.

Admission Requirements
  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any field. 
  • Language Proficiency:  
    • English track: TOEFL (80+), IELTS (6.5+), TOEIC (800+), Cambridge (B2+), or equivalent. 
    • French track (Toulouse): DELF/DALF (B2+) or TCF (400+) for non-native speakers.

The primary objective is to equip students with a solid foundation in business and management while providing a deeply international experience. Over three years, you will develop the analytical and strategic skills needed to launch your career or pursue a prestigious Master’s degree.

Yes. We offer a 100% English track at our Barcelona and Toulouse campuses, making it perfectly suited for international students who do not speak French or Spanish.

Both campuses offer the exact same internationally recognized degree. Toulouse is our historic, largest campus immersed in French culture and the aerospace industry. Barcelona is our highly international hub located in the 22@ tech district, surrounded by digital startups and offering a vibrant Mediterranean lifestyle.

Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the TBS Education Bachelor in Management, a state-accredited “Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures” (Visa and Grade de Licence) recognized globally and backed by our Triple Crown accreditations (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS).
