Objective: Master the fundamentals of accounting standards. Have the necessary prerequisites in general and cost accounting, as well as in-depth accounting, to be able to follow the other specialization modules.

Objective: Understand and know how to conduct a legal and tax review of a company. Learn and master tax techniques applied to the company in order to optimize the tax burden and analyze the impact of tax management decisions. Know how to conduct research using current scientific methods.

Objective: Master the challenges of consolidated accounts, their presentation methodology and the particularities of auditing consolidated accounts, while adopting appropriate financial communication.” •

The MSc Audit, Control & Finance in an International Environment is a 12-month full-time program that trains high-level executives in auditing, management control and international finance. Delivered by a triple-accredited business school (EQUIS, AMBA, AACSB), it combines rigorous academic training with real-world professional practice.

The program covers 8 specialist modules: advanced accounting, financial analysis, accounts consolidation, corporate finance, business valuation and risk management, international finance, audit and internal control, and international accounting standards (IFRS/local norms).

 

Graduates receive a Diplôme d’Études Supérieures en Management Stratégique International, approved by France’s Ministry of Higher Education and Research. The program also holds the MSc label from the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE).

This MSc is delivered at the TBS Education campus in Casablanca, Morocco’s financial capital and home to major national and international companies. The program is taught in a bilingual format (French/English) over 12 months, full-time.

Applicants must hold a 4-year Bachelor’s degree (240 ECTS) or a Master 1, ideally in business, economics, finance or accounting. A 3-year Bachelor’s with significant professional experience may also be considered. French or English proficiency at B2 level minimum is required.

Students can complete an optional internship of at least 4 months in a company of their choice. In the continuing education track, the program alternates with a placement in an accounting firm over 18 months.
