About this MSc

Based in Barcelona, one of Europe’s leading business hubs, this degree enables students to apply data-driven insights to develop effective marketing strategies in the digital landscape.

In this MSc program, students will learn how to use the newest AI tools: prompting, image generation, text to video, social network analysis, natural language processing, etc… and how to apply them to create successful digital marketing campaigns. Then to put things into practice, the course will also allow you to get hands-on experience during a curricular 6-month internship with a top national or international company.

From day one, you’ll step into the role of a creator and strategist, producing real ads, social campaigns, and videos while tackling live business challenges with agency professionals. This unit focuses on understanding consumer behavior and the digital customer journey. It combines consumer psychology, advanced market research, and digital marketing to analyze how customers interact with brands across omnichannel environments.

This unit provides the strategic and contextual foundations of modern marketing. It covers marketing ethics and social responsibility, global marketing strategies, and innovation, preparing students to operate in complex and international business environments.

This block develops core digital marketing capabilities. It includes digital strategy, branding, UX/UI and no-code web/app development, as well as short video metrics and algorithm analysis to understand content performance.

Focused on execution, this unit teaches students how to design, launch, and optimize digital campaigns. It covers SEO, digital advertising, and e-commerce with an emphasis on measurable performance and ROI.

  • This unit centers on measurement and optimization. Students learn marketing automation, web and mobile analytics, and data visualization to transform raw data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.

This technical block introduces students to Python and R, the two most widely used programming languages in data analysis and marketing analytics. It provides the foundation for data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization.

An advanced unit focused on AI and data-driven decision-making. It includes AI and machine learning for marketing, causal inference, and the social and ethical implications of emerging technologies.

This unit guides students through the full research process, from defining a research question and designing a methodology to conducting analysis and writing the final master’s dissertation.
