The talk will offer an in-depth analysis of the use of AI in the companies that are part of Barcelona’s 22@ innovation district, with a focus on four main areas:

• Work transformation: new work dynamics and associated skills.
• Productivity and innovation: how AI helps reduce costs and optimize efficiency.
• Human-AI interaction: the relationship between automation and human skills.
• Ethical and social implications: addressing challenges such as potential job losses and the need to correct algorithmic bias.
