This program prepares students to operate in international business environments, combining strategic management, cross-cultural leadership, and global market analysis. It equips graduates to work across functions and industries in multinational companies, consulting firms, and international organizations.
The program is delivered full-time in English on the Toulouse campus.
The 2-year track is for students with a 3-year Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS) or 120 ECTS and 3 years of experience. The 1-year track requires a 4-year Bachelor’s degree. Both start in September.
Topics include international strategy, global market entry and expansion, cross-cultural management, international trade and negotiations, supply chain in an international context, project management, emerging markets, and a Master’s dissertation based on real business challenges.
Students work on consulting projects with companies, including internationalization missions for real businesses — as illustrated by past projects with firms such as Ibercompound and Coco-mat, conducted alongside consultants from leading firms. Company visits to global players such as Gartner, SAP, and PTC complement classroom learning.
Graduates receive a ‘Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures en Management Stratégique International’, a state-accredited French Master’s degree backed by TBS Education’s Triple Crown accreditations (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS).
Graduates pursue roles such as International Business Developer, Global Account Manager, Consultant, Export Manager, International Project Manager, and Market Entry Analyst. 87% of MSc students at TBS Education secure a job within 4 months of graduation.
IELTS 6+, TOEIC 750+, TOEFL 70+, Cambridge B2+, or Duolingo 110+. Native English speakers or students who studied 100% in English are exempt.
