FAQ

This program develops the quantitative, analytical, and strategic skills needed for careers in corporate finance, investment, and financial markets. Students choose between two specialist tracks: Corporate Finance & Advisory, or Equity Research & Investment Management, allowing them to target specific career paths from the outset.

The program is delivered full-time in English on the Toulouse campus.

The Corporate Finance & Advisory track focuses on M&A, financial modeling, valuation, and advisory services. The Equity Research & Investment Management track focuses on financial analysis, portfolio management, equity research, and asset management. Students choose their track based on their career ambitions.

The 2-year track is for students with a 3-year Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS) or 120 ECTS and 3 years of professional experience. The 1-year track requires a 4-year Bachelor’s degree. Both start in September.

Graduates receive a ‘Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures en Management Stratégique International’, a state-accredited French Master’s degree recognized internationally, backed by TBS Education’s Triple Crown accreditations.

Students develop hands-on expertise in financial modeling, valuation, Bloomberg terminal usage, Python for finance, portfolio construction, and real-world case studies — preparing them directly for the technical demands of finance roles.

Graduates pursue roles such as M&A Analyst, Financial Analyst, Investment Banker, Portfolio Manager, Equity Research Analyst, and Corporate Finance Manager at leading firms including BNP Paribas, Société Générale, and major advisory firms. 87% of MSc students at TBS Education find employment within 4 months of graduation.
