Personal support

At TBS Education – Barcelona campus, we understand that it is not always easy to adapt to a big change like starting higher education or, for international students, moving to a new country. If you are experiencing difficulties adapting or an adverse state of mind impacting your academic performance, you can count on the student support program.

Students who participate in the support program do so voluntarily and are required to attend and take an active role. The assistance is comprised of three lines of action:

• Coaching: a set of additional meetings with the Career Services coach where an adapted and personal work plan will be developed in accordance with the requirements of each student.
• Personalized classes: small-group review sessions to resolve doubts about the content of subjects which the student is experiencing most difficulty with.
• Close monitoring of the student by the Academic Department.

AVANZA PROGRAM

The Avanza Program is an empowering initiative designed by TBS Education to give
support to the students who have failed exams and want to improve their academic
performance.

Objectives:

1. Academic Recovery: Provide targeted assistance to students who have not
   performed well in their exams.

2. Enhanced Learning Strategies: Equip participants with effective study
   techniques and time management skills.
3. Boost Confidence: Foster self-confidence and motivation to excel
   academically

TALENT PROGRAM

TALENT is a program aimed at students with a high academic performance to foster their aptitudes and strengthen their sense of belonging to the TBS community. The goals of the program are:

1. To challenge and reward talented students.  

2. To foster the development of extra-curricular skills. 

3. To motivate all students to have a high level of academic performance.
