TBS Education renews AMBA Accreditation 

TBS Education has announced the renewal of its AMBA accreditation, one of the most selective quality marks in global business education, reaffirming the academic excellence of its Master in Management and MBA programs. 

International academic excellence, reaffirmed 

The renewed accreditation reflects TBS Education’s academic rigor, strategic vision, and ongoing commitment to excellence. Following an audit in December 2025, reviewers highlighted the institution’s energy and collegiality, as well as its faculty’s dedication to student success and wellbeing. 

Key strengths recognized include the quality of the teaching staff, a 50/50 gender balance among permanent faculty, and a strong culture of career support and employability.  

This recognition keeps TBS Education firmly within the elite circle of schools holding the “triple crown”: the simultaneous accreditations of AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA.

A new chapter for the MBA 

This certified framework of excellence sets the stage for a reinvigorated MBA offering. The recent appointment of Christophe Bénaroya as Program Director signals the school’s ambition to raise the profile and impact of this flagship program. 

A recognized expert in aeronautical marketing and a central figure in the school’s programs since 2008, Bénaroya takes on the mission of elevating the International Executive MBA to new heights. 

The program offers two tracks, Aerospace Management and Strategic Management, with a focus on driving transformation and strengthening the decision-making capabilities of senior executives. This renewed momentum aims to deepen the school’s ties with the business world, both locally and internationally. 

As part of this evolution, the IEMBA is also strengthening its emphasis on leadership in complex, international, and technology-driven environments. The program now centers on two distinctive pillars: 

• Aerospace Management, connected to the international aeronautics and space ecosystem. 

• Innovation & Tech Management, focused on transformation, artificial intelligence, and technology leadership (GreenTech, Agri/AgroTech, and healthcare). 

This development is designed to support executives and senior managers navigating increasingly complex and global decision-making landscapes.
